Fostering Horticulture Empowerment – the process of gaining life skills, economic independence, and personal well-being through the practice of farming, and community consumer-ship. UFFM transforms individuals and communities through the support of micro-agricultural entrepreneurship and local consumer autonomy as tools for social change. 

Key Goals

• Economic Autonomy: Providing market sales support,      and resources to micro farmers and small business owners.
• Food Sovereignty: Providing community access to local      fresh produce and dairy, thus reducing reliance on external national corporate      conglomerate supply chains. 
• Therapeutic Agency: Advocating the importance of      local horticulture to improve mental health, reduce stress, and give      individuals a sense of personal sovereignty and control over their      environment.  
• Environmental Stewardship: Encouraging citizens and urban      farmers alike, to reclaim urban spaces, manage local resources, and build      community resilience through ecological enrichment.
